Broward County’s hottest new restaurant of 2022 is expanding its daytime hours to the work week, opening for lunch beginning Tuesday, May 31. Batch New Southern Kitchen Ft. Lauderdale will serve lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, leading right into happy hour immediately afterward. Batch will be open for a special Memorial Day Brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, May 30rth.
The new lunch service comes on the heels of one of the most successful restaurant openings in South Florida, as Batch has already cemented its place as a go-to for top-notch Southern food, world-class cocktails, and epic brunch parties. Now, guests can experience all Batch has to offer, and still make it back to work for the afternoon.
Lunch offerings will include a daily lunch special, where guests can pick two options between a house salad, half-sandwich, and corn chowder for $12 Special lunch sandwiches will include the Smoked Chicken Salad Sandwich with Multigrain Bread, Mayonnaise, Golden Raisins, Celery, and Pea Shoots; The All American Grilled Cheese with Thick Cut White Bread, and Smoked Wisconsin White Cheddar; the B.L.A.T. with White Bread, Candied Bacon, Lettuce, Beefsteak Tomato, Avocado, and”B1″ Aioli; and other original creations. Batch’s dinner favorites and cocktail menu will also be available during lunch hours, including a half portion version of their signature Chicken & Waffles.
“Finding lunch out-the-door for under $20 is pretty close to impossible anywhere right now,” says Kevin Danilo, Founder of Batch Hospitality Group. “We wanted to offer Ft. Lauderdale, a delicious, reasonably-priced lunch option so you could still enjoy scratch-cooked casual dining without breaking the bank.”
Lunch goers will also be able to park for free, as guests get four complimentary hours at the Manor Garage next door. Cheaper than Uber Eats, and more delicious than whatever you packed from home, Batch New Southern Kitchen is a no-brainer for lunch in Ft. Lauderdale.
