SUMMARY:THE GRAY: A CELEBRATION OF HUMAN COMPLEXITY
DESCRIPTION:Miami native and internationally acclaimed dancer and choreographer Randolph Ward will return to the stage in the world premiere of THE GRAY: A Celebration of Human Complexity. Created and performed by Ward\, THE GRAY is a deeply personal solo dance-theater work that inhabits the space between absolutes—the place where identity\, desire\, fear\, ego and vulnerability collide. \nThrough contemporary dance\, original poetry\, film\, theatrical movement\, artistic nudity and emotionally charged imagery\, Ward confronts the contradictions people carry and the masks they construct to survive.  A centerpiece of the production is BROKEN\, a 10-minute dance-film adaptation of Ward’s original poem\, written and recited by the choreographer.  \nThe performance also features Ward dancing atop a rotating platform in six-inch red patent leather heels\, alongside moments of artistic nudity—an arresting collision of movement\, exposure\, power\, vulnerability and provocation. \nIn THE GRAY\, the naked body is not simply revealed; it becomes another mask removed. \nThe production unfolds through a series of interconnected sections\, including “La Forza Del Destino\,” “The Big Dig\,” “The Dance of the Ego\,” “The Cement Block of Stagnation\,” “The Monster I Keep\,” “The Dream” and “This Is Me.” \nEach performance concludes with UNMASKED\, a conversation that invites audience members to engage directly with Ward and explore the production’s themes.

SUMMARY:The Haunt: After Hours at The Venue
DESCRIPTION:The Haunt introduces a new way to spend Halloween season: brave the haunted house\, then party inside the nightmare. The Haunt: After Hours brings the fan-favorite Florida Man: Toxic Inheritance together with a live DJ After Party at The Venue in Fort Lauderdale. Face the infamous Bush Lads\, then hit the dance floor surrounded by The Haunt’s immersive scenery\, with full bars and themed cocktails available throughout the party. The nightclub party runs from 10 PM to 3 AM\, while Florida Man operates from 10 PM until midnight. Arrive early enough to experience the haunted house before it closes\, then keep the night going on the dance floor. A separate After Hours ticket includes admission to Florida Man and the After Party. Drinks are sold separately. Guests must be 21 and older with valid ID.
