B Ocean Resort is gearing up for an egg-stra special Easter! On Sunday, April 17th, travelers and locals can hop on over to Fort Lauderdale Beach for a holiday brunch buffet at the resort’s Naked Crab Seafood Kitchen, located along the famed coastal highway A1A. This Spring-inspired spread will feature a wonderful ensemble of dishes, including:
A Salumeria and Cheese station, featuring an array of charcuterie options like Prosciutto San Danielle, Bresaola, Manchego, Emmental Cheese and an assortment of artisan bread
A La Boulangerie station, offering apple danishes, almond croissants, cinnamon Danish rolls and more, traditional breakfast options such as a vegetable frittata and applewood smoke bacon, as well as an omelet station, a carving station with a sea salt-crusted prime rib accompanied by au jus and horseradish cream, a variety of fresh, locally sourced spring salad options including a beets and orange salad, and roasted squash and endive salad, and entrees such as lemon glazed wild salmon with apricots, and organic chicken breast with rosemary au jus will also be available.
Brunch will be served from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Adults can enjoy the special buffet for $75 and children for $25.
