On Thursday, November 15 from 7-10 PM, Essensia at The Palms Hotel & Spa will debut its Fall/Winter menu with a ‘Best of the Season’ seven-course tasting dinner. Essensia’s Chef de Cusinse, Ilde Ferrer will showcase the season’s freshest ingredients, carefully selected from South Florida farmers as well as Essensia’s very own Chef’s Organic Garden. Throughout the seven-course tasting, indulge in delicious bites including steak tartare, local seafood soup and wild mushroom risotto, to name a few. Tickets can be purchased with or without the paired wine option.
