SUMMARY:An Exploration of Color
DESCRIPTION:Since childhood\, Sarah Rocca has been captivated by the power of imagery\, the ability to freeze time and preserve memories through the art of painting with light. Her vivid imagination\, once confined to the colorful worlds she envisioned as a child\, found its voice through digital tools. This fusion of creativity and technology allowed Rocca to bring her unique perspective to life and share it with a broader audience. \nRocca’s use of color serves not only as a visual element but as a narrative device. Through her deliberate color choices\, she conveys mood\, emotion and unspoken subtext\, inviting viewers to engage with each piece on a personal level. An Exploration of Color is a visual memoir\, a journey through Rocca’s experiences of love\, divorce\, depression and joy. Each image encourages the viewer to reflect on how color influences their emotions and to interpret the story it tells through their own lens. \nClick here to learn more of the artist – Sarah Rocca.

SUMMARY:Birth\, Baby & Beyond Health Expo 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Birth\, Baby & Beyond Health Expo is a signature community health event hosted by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Diaper Bank designed to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities for individuals and families across the lifespan. The Expo brings together medical providers\, behavioral health professionals\, social service agencies\, and community partners to offer free health screenings\, education\, and resource navigation in one accessible location. Participants can receive medical care\, wellness information\, and direct connections to ongoing support services in a dignified\, family-centered environment.\nWhat makes the Birth\, Baby & Beyond Health Expo unique is its intentional integration of healthcare and basic needs. Families and individuals receive essential items such as diapers\, wipes\, menstrual products\, and hygiene supplies alongside medical and social services. This model closes the gap between healthcare access and material hardship\, recognizing that health cannot be achieved without meeting basic needs. By serving babies\, children\, adults\, and seniors\, the Expo functions as a community-based public health intervention that promotes health equity\, prevention\, and long-term family stability.
