Join B Ocean Resort and Rumble Boxing for a 45-minute exclusive boxing-inspired workout on the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach on July 2nd. Consisting of 10 rounds, the workout will include exploring the skills and drills of boxing as well as resistance training. Designed for all fitness levels, this class is sure to be a knock-out of a time for all.
Entry is free and boxers must be over 21 to participate.
