Yoga, Mermaids & Mimosas

During this unique event, attendees can get their day started on the right foot with a one-hour yin yoga class led by expert yoga instructor, Whitney Fair. Following the hour-long session of relaxation and rejuvenation on the white sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, attendees can enjoy a three-course brunch at the world-famous Wreck Bar while sipping on bottomless mimosas and enjoying the sight of graceful mermaids swimming by.

This slower-style yoga class is great for all levels, including beginners and kids. Matts and towels are provided by the resort and the yoga class is $25 per person. The price of brunch is $55 per adult and $25 for children 6-12 years old. The yoga class begins at 11 a.m. and brunch takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with mermaids swimming periodically from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Start every Sunday with an hour-long yin yoga class on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Following the slower-style yoga class that is great for all levels, attendees can enjoy a three-course brunch at the world-famous Wreck Bar while sipping on bottomless mimosas and enjoying the sight of graceful mermaids swimming by.
