The 1000+ Club presented season kick-off event Food, Fashion & Fun III inside the Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills. The nonprofit organization raised $6,000, which will go toward 1000+ Club grants to Broward County cancer-related nonprofits. Brunch was served while everyone enjoyed a fashion presentation featuring shops including Neiman Marcus Last Call, Off Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, St. John, Escada, Tory Burch, Kate Spade and Versace to mention a few. The 1000+ has raised close to $4 million and since 2011, through charitable grants, $400,000 has been given to support cancer research, education and patient services in Broward County.
