To kick off your Easter weekend with a smile, hop over to the Galleria Mall to meet the Easter Bunny. The Bunny will be photo-ready to sit with you or your little ones for a special springtime keepsake from now until April 4, and to ensure everybunny can enjoy this meet-and-greet, there are sensory-friendly hours with reduced lighting and noise. For even more magic, there are pet nights so that your furry friends can also meet the Bunny as well as Kids Bop Bunny Dance Parties every hour on the hour.

For an Italian-style Easter brunch, La Fuga is the ideal holiday stop. On April 5 from 11am to 3pm, Chef Michael Mayer will feature special a la carte items including Pane e Pasticcini, pastries served with homemade preserves and honey butter; Salmon Caprese, mini bagels with smoked salmon, vine-ripe tomato, buffalo mozzarella, capers, onion, basil and balsamic; Eggs La Fuga, poached eggs with mascarpone polenta cakes, shrimp, cannellini beans, pancetta and Diavolo sauce; among other Italian favorites. An oceanside Easter Sunday peaks at Oceanic, right on the Atlantic. The a la carte brunch begins at 10am on the first level, featuring brunch favorites and live acoustic music from 12pm to 3pm. For more holiday flair, the Easter Brunch Buffet begins at 11am on the second level, featuring prime rib and sliced ham carving stations, fresh seafood including shrimp cocktail and ceviche, made-to-order omelets and more. Inside The Ritz-Carlton, Burlock Coast will offer Easter Brunch from 12pm to 4pm as well as their Easter Dinner Special from 5pm to 10pm. Luxury is the name of these meals: At brunch, bottomless beverage packages and elevated seafood towers will be available for guests; and dinner will feature hearty Lamb Osso-Buco with Spring peas and carrots, olive oil potato and spring onions. For those seeking fresh locally sourced ingredients and a ritzy experience this Easter, Burlock Coast is the premiere place.
6. Easter Eggstravaganza at The Wharf
The Wharf’s Easter Eggstravaganza will be a lively Springtime bash starting at 12pm on Easter Sunday. Live DJs will keep the energy alive alongside on-site food vendors including Smashies, Carlos & Pepe’s and The Piefather plus an Easter-themed cocktail menu with all-day half-price cocktail pitchers. And of course, the Easter Bunny will be there too, available to meet and photograph, with photo times separated by age. The famous riverside egg hunts will also be separated by age to ensure maximum fun and are BYOB (bring your own basket).

7. Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab
For a sea-inspired Easter Sunday evening, Truluck’s will be serving their full fresh menu from 12pm to 9pm. This includes favorites like their never-frozen Florida Stone Crab Claws; New Zealand Lamb with dijon-parmesan crust, parmesan mashed potatoes and rosemary jus; award-winning Carrot Cake and more. For a taste of Spring, guests can order Truluck’s specialty cocktail, the “Yuzu Cool,” with tequila, citrusy yuzu, lemon and Aperol topped with a rose-kissed garnish; and similarly seasonal, their limited-time Lemon-Blueberry Custard Bread Pudding will be available for order.
8. Mai-Kai Restaurant & Polynesian Show
Tropical Easter magic will be hopping at Mai-Kai this Sunday from 12pm to 8:15pm. Even the Easter Bunny will be there, ready to meet, greet and pose for pictures. The Polynesian-inspired menu will include Taro Shrimp Dumplings topped with tobiko caviar and Thai basil aioli, 48-Day Rum Dry-Aged Paniolo Ribeye, Layer Coconut Cake and more, all alongside cocktails like the Bad Bunny and festive Easter Egg Hunt mocktail. Children will receive plastic eggs with Mai-Kai stickers as well as Mai-Kai-exclusive chocolate tiki cannibals. All of these items will be punctuated by their iconic Polynesian-inspired entertainment along with entertainers including Trixie the Mermaid.
