“A Study in Short Rib” Chef Experience Dinner

Arc Culinary presents “A Study in Short Rib” as part of the Chef Experience Dinner series sponsored by Amazon on Saturday, April 18 at 7 p.m. at the state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen. Tickets are $92 for communal seating or $102 for the chef’s counter and include alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission to strengthen the community by empowering adults and children with disabilities to grow, develop and thrive.
