It opened in 1954, and now one of South Florida’s top golf courses is getting a renovation – in a big way. The Coral Ridge Country Club golf course was designed by legendary golf course designer Robert Trent Jones Sr., who built more than 400 golf courses in his 70-year career. His son Rees continued that tradition and has designed and redesigned more than 240 courses. This year, he’s taking on a project that’s near to his heart. He’ll be modernizing the course while keeping in mind his father’s vision.
