DINE Fort Lauderdale 2023 concluded on May 25 with its Fusion Dinner hosted at The Grateful Palate Catering and Events. Five chefs from five top local restaurants came together to create five courses paired with Ocean Wine and Spirits wines. Before entering, guests were dazzled with an Aston Martin DBX courtesy of sponsor Holman Motorcars. A welcome drink by Papa’s Pilar Rum was provided at the entrance while guests mingled before dinner. The beautiful floral décor by Florida Beach Weddings elevated the event. Throughout the evening, music by DJ Mike Locke kept the ambiance lively, while a silent auction ending with a live auction benefited the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
