DINE Fort Lauderdale 2025 concluded on May 8 with its Fusion dinner hosted at The Grateful Palate Catering and Events. Five chefs from five top local restaurants came together to create five courses paired with GoWine vintages. Before dinner, guests were dazzled by an Aston Martin, courtesy of sponsor Holman Motorcars, and enjoyed a welcome drink by Los Magos Sotol. The beautiful floral décor by Petal & Passion elevated the event. Throughout the evening, music by DJ JoyJoy kept the ambiance lively, while a silent auction ending with a live auction benefited the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Capping the night’s festivities, Dipp Photobooth’s interactive photo booth captured fun memories for the guests to take home.
