Recently, they added a completely renovated upstairs area for private dining in four different rooms. They offer classic seafood favorites using fresh ingredients.

The Capital Grille’s part of the growing group elevating the dining scene at the Galleria. Their guests know them for their expertly prepared dry-aged steaks, which are hand-cut by the restaurant’s in-house butcher, as well as a diverse menu of fresh seafood and classic appetizers with a twist.

The five-dinner series culminates in this “Fusion Experience” event where all DINE Fort Lauderdale partners come together for one evening showcasing a treasure trove of culinary delights. The event will feature an auction to benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
