If you’ve never experienced rodízio-style Brazilian dining, you’re in for a treat. You’ll receive your first wine with a trip to the salad bar – although that seems like an inadequate name for a spread that includes, smoked salmon, cured meats, imported cheeses, soups and rice-and-beans.
