Jay’s is a steak, sushi and spirits restaurant inside a restored 1920s church in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Under crystal chandeliers and original stained glass, the menu pairs prime steaks and a prime rib trolley with sushi, a raw bar and caviar, alongside craft cocktails and a deep wine list. As dinner gives way to late night, live bands, DJs and cabaret performances fill the room, making the restaurant as much a destination for its atmosphere as its menu.
