2027 DINE Fort Lauderdale Fusion Experience at The Grateful Palate

Our Ultimate Wine Pairing Experience
Five celebrated chefs. Five inspired courses. Five exceptional wine pairings.

The series finishes with the highly anticipated Fusion Experience, an extraordinary evening where every DINE Fort Lauderdale partner comes together under one roof for a collaborative culinary showcase. Signature dishes, perfectly paired wines and the collective energy of Fort Lauderdale’s top kitchens transform the night into more than a dinner. It becomes a celebration of talent, generosity and community.

A curated live and silent auction will take center stage, benefiting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Founded by Chef Emeril Lagasse, the Foundation is dedicated to creating life-changing opportunities for young people through culinary, nutrition and arts education. From building teaching kitchens in schools to funding hospitality training programs and mentorship initiatives, the Foundation invests in the next generation of chefs, creatives and industry leaders.

While its impact reaches nationally, evenings like this bring that mission directly back to Fort Lauderdale. The hospitality community that defines our city, from independent restaurants to major culinary institutions, thrives because of education, mentorship and opportunity. Supporting the Foundation means supporting pathways for local students who dream of careers in kitchens, restaurants and creative fields right here in South Florida.

The Fusion Experience is not simply the finale of a series. It is a reminder that great food can gather a city, and that generosity, like a perfectly paired wine, leaves a lasting impression long after the final course is served.
