This waterfront estate blends engineering precision with bold, gallery-worthy design. The result is a home that doesn’t just impress, but truly dazzles.

On the Intracoastal sits an architectural beauty that celebrates both artistry and luxury. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by soaring walls clad in full marble slabs sourced from Eurostar and Marble of the World, a stone package valued at over $2 million. The kitchen is as much sculpture as workspace, with a bookmatched marble island, state-of-the-art Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and custom Euro International millwork. Just beyond, a glass-encased wine room becomes a work of art in itself, its rows of fine vintages illuminated by RGB lighting that creates a mesmerizing rainbow glow.

The property features five bedrooms and three bathrooms in over 10,000 square feet. The living spaces unfold with drama and ease. White Roche Bobois sofas curve around Colombian mammoth tusks, a 40,000-year-old fossil centerpiece that sits beneath sculptural ring chandeliers. Modern and ancient converse here: cutting-edge Crestron automation controls everything from the lighting to the climate, while artifacts dating back centuries (including a third-century Buddha head and an authentic 145-million-year-old Allosaurus fossil) anchor the home in timeless history.

Entertainment is elevated to new heights in the club room, where a backlit agate bar glows with otherworldly radiance. Golden barstools reflect the neon artwork of Mr. Brainwash, while robotic sound-activated lighting transforms the space into a nightclub-quality venue. Outside, the pool shimmers with glass tile, perimeter LEDs and fire bowls, all choreographed by an app. Sunken seating areas, a Kalamazoo Gaucho grill and expansive water views extend the lifestyle beyond the walls.

Every detail and finish is intentional. The master bath is clad entirely in bookmatched Volakas marble, while her private shower and dressing room glisten with Lemurian Blue slabs, a rare labradorite prized for its iridescence. Even utilitarian spaces, like the gym with its green onyx sink or the garage with custom cabinetry and a car lift, are finished with the same obsessive attention to design.

Technology runs as seamlessly as the marble veins: 17 Hikvision cameras, automated door systems, August smart locks and a whole-house Kohler generator ensure security and convenience. The Crestron system integrates every function, from DJ booth controls to water features, controlling the entire estate at the touch of a screen.

Artistry is everywhere, from bespoke chandeliers like BYBEAU Studio’s custom installations to couture-inspired mannequins displayed in the atelier. Each piece, whether a Chanel book casually styled on a table or a Lladró chandelier twinkling above, adds another layer to the narrative.

At this residence, luxury is not defined by square footage or finishes alone. It’s a living, breathing collection of experiences, where stone, light, art and technology converge to create something unforgettable. It’s not simply a home—it’s a private museum, a resort and a modern fortress all in one, designed for those who demand the extraordinary.
