Bodegas Emilio Moro Meet the Winemaker Dinner at Sunness Supper Club

Sunness Supper Club presents a special one-night-only meet the wine maker dinner and pairing with Bodegas Emilio Moro, a family winery from Pesquera de Duero in Spain’s Ribera del Duero region, whose legacy dates back to 1924.
The four-course culinary experience, created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Allen Susser, will be paired with a selection of wines from the Bodegas Emilio Moro portfolio. The menu includes pan-roasted shrimp with Polvorete; wild mushroom crema de maiz with Bestizo Bierzo; grilled Wagyu skirt steak paired with Malleolus; and a dark chocolate tart with rosemary-infused raspberry compote.
Following dinner, guests are welcome to head upstairs to Bar Betty for live jazz from the R Popescu Jazz Collective and expertly crafted cocktails.
