SFCLT Open Houses Dania Beach

The South Florida Community Land Trust will host an open house for newly renovated, affordable apartments on Sat. Aug. 29th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Wed., Sept. 2, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 420–428 SW First St. in Dania Beach. Tours are available for one and two-bedroom apartments. Rentals start at $1,100 per month, with income certification required.
Refreshments, housewarming gifts and prize drawings for new applicants will be available.
