The two-day event hosted by the Emeril Lagasse Foundation featured the Dockside Weigh-In and Yacht Hop followed by an exclusive dinner. The Vine and Dine dinner included dishes by Emeril Lagasse, Tom Colicchio, Aaron Sanchez and Rick Moonen and was catered by The Ritz-Carlton where the event was hosted.
