Metropica’s recent EB-5 training session was held at their sales gallery in Sunrise. The event included a discussion of the financial options available at the 65-acre master-planned development and featured presentations by Julian F. Montero of Arnstein & Lehr and Jeffrey Brown of New Penn Financial, LLC., who assisted with getting Metropica conditional Fannie Mae approvals. The event also included a Q-and-A with developer Joseph Kavana.
