Driving through The Enclave at Coral Ridge Country Club, you’ll probably notice the only three-story residence in the premier gated community. The impressive home features six bedrooms, six baths and more, all housed within 9,000 square feet.
The spacious home is situated on a corner lot facing the Rees 9 portion of the Coral Ridge Country Club golf course. The expansive yard views stretch across hole 1 on the prestigious and world-renowned course.
The upscale community sits between two golf courses – the Robert Trent Jones Sr. 18-hole championship golf course and the brand-new Rees Jones nine-hole Par 3. Each home in the development is unique in its own way, as owners can build their custom home while following guidelines that ensure quality and elegance matching the pristine aesthetics of the development. That’s no different for this residence.
When owners Will and Anastasia were looking for a new home to uproot their family from Miami to be closer to their business, architectural designer at American Building Engineers Brian Simpkin knew Double P Construction would be perfect for the job and introduced them.
Double P is a full-service general contractor. They provide white glove service every step of the way from preconstruction shopping to interior design selections.
“The result was not only a beautiful home, but a pleasure for the entire Double P Construction team to work on from the first day to the last day,” shares Nick Terziev, who managed the project.
It doesn’t go unnoticed that the owners have excellent taste and brought in Chicago-based interior designer Natalia Melekhina to tie everything together.
The synergy of any project Double P works on is important. “Building a custom home is a very personal process. There needs to be trust and clear communication between the parties so that all decisions made are in the best interest of the project,” says Nick.
Natalia was able to quickly produce lifelike renderings from the materials and selections that Double P would source locally. With both teams working in perfect harmony, Will and Anastasia were able to make quick decisions. “It was really a great synergy of architecture, interior design and great clients that made the project a success,” says Nick.
The owners had a vision in mind to blend natural stone and wood in a variety of textures juxtaposed against crisp white walls to create a warm and inviting environment for their daughters. To achieve this, they used chiseled travertine and polished marble slab walls, oak wood flooring, acoustical wood ceilings and wall panels.
Together, Natalia Melekhina and Double P Construction were able to make the clients’ dreams come true.
