Pancakes Gone Wild

Take the Spiced Apple Pie Pancake, for example. It lands on the plate warm and fragrant, crowned with crisp brown butter streusel and a swoop of caramel whipped cream that could convince anyone that fall lasts all year. On the brighter end of the spectrum, Lemon Blueberry Pancakes lean sunny and sharp, layered with lemon curd, fresh berries, whipped cream and a snowfall of powdered sugar that disappears almost instantly.
