Ride Element, Pump Fit and W Fort Lauderdale hosted a 60-minute workout on the terrace consisting of a 30-minute spin class and 30-minute training session. Throughout the classes, a live DJ spun tunes and there were fresh-pressed juices, smoothies and post-workout bites provided. Each guest left with a goodie bag by Lululemon.
