Boca Raton-based real estate development company SobelCo celebrated the topping off of 321 at Water’s Edge with a private event where guests got a behind-the-scenes look at construction while enjoying breakfast and champagne. The ceremonial raising of the palm tree and 321 at Water’s Edge flag to the top of the building also took place.
