Hosted at either Tripping Animals Brewing or Yeasty Brews, this workshop ditches the formal kitchen vibe in favor of something more fun, social and downright roll-worthy.
Guests learn the basics: how to prep sushi rice, slice ingredients and roll two types of sushi from scratch. The standout is the Everything Salmon Roll, stuffed with smoked salmon, cream cheese, scallions and cucumber, and sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. There’s also a classic veggie roll for avocado lovers.
