Developer Cavache Properties LLC held a ceremony to commemorate the official topping off of 30 Thirty North Ocean, which is expected to be completed in May. In attendance were children from Epilepsy Florida whose hand imprints will be featured as a permanent fixture that will be painted by artist Marcus Rivero.
