Lillet Your Way

DINE Fort Lauderdale has just begun – and we can’t get enough of Lillet’s welcome drink cocktails. So, we asked them for a few recipes to share with our readers.

1. Rosemary and Blanc

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Lillet Blanc
  • 8 parts white rum
  • 24 parts champagne
  • 24 parts lemonade
  • 24 oz. cranberries
  • 5 sprigs of rosemary, rinsed
  • 1 lemon, sliced into half moons

Directions

In large pitcher, combine fruit, wine, rosemary and rum with ice. Stir and let chill until infused. Top with champagne before serving.


2. Rosé Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Lillet Rosé
  • 1 part Plymouth Gin
  • ¼ part lime juice
  • 2 parts grapefruit soda

Directions

Pour over ice into Collins glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.


3. Lillet Rougette

Ingredients

  • 3 parts Lillet Rouge
  • 6 parts bitter lemon soda

Directions

Pour Lillet Rouge into a highball glass over ice and add bitter lemon soda. Add 2 slices of lime and stir slowly.


4. Negroni Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 parts Plymouth® Gin
  • 1 .75 parts Lillet Blanc
  • .5 part bitter orange cordial or aperitif
  • 2 parts tonic water
  • 3 parts prosecco

Directions

Build over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with orange wheel.
