In Coral Ridge, a sharply executed new construction home balances clean lines, hidden details and effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Set on an massive corner lot in Coral Ridge, the home spans 4,752 square feet of living space, featuring five bedrooms and five full baths along with a three-car garage and a cabana bath developed and built by Sandcastle Development Group.

At first glance, it feels open, bright and straightforward, with high ceilings, expansive windows and light pouring in from every direction. But spend a few minutes here, and you realize the layout is doing something special. It’s a split concept, meaning the home reveals itself in layers rather than all at once.

The foyer sets the tone. It’s clean and polished but hides a glass staircase with illuminated steps that appear to float. The staircase tucks behind the entry in a way that maintains uninterrupted visual lines. This small decision changes everything about how the home feels.

From there, the main living area opens up, with floor-to-ceiling glass nearby that leads directly to the pool. The transition between indoors and out is seamless – not forced but logical. The living room itself is grounded by custom built-in cabinetry that frames the TV wall, keeping everything clean and intentional without clutter.

The dining area deserves its own moment. It’s open and positioned perfectly within the flow of the home. There’s a wet bar and wine cooler integrated right into the space, so entertaining doesn’t require anyone to disappear into the kitchen – everything stays connected.

And then you get to the kitchen. Porcelain surfaces wrap the countertops and hood in a continuous, tailored finish that feels both durable and elevated. Subtle underlighting beneath the counters gives the entire space a quiet glow, particularly at night. The island stretches a full 10 feet, easily seating five, with discreet storage hidden below so nothing interrupts the clean lines. It’s functional but doesn’t look forced.

Behind it all, concealed doors lead to a walk-in butler’s pantry. It’s the kind of feature that keeps the main kitchen looking pristine while still allowing for practical use. A secondary refrigerator lives back there along with storage that makes daily life easier.

Nearby, the mudroom continues the theme of hidden efficiency. Storage is built in, but you’d never know it at first glance.

The first floor also includes a flexible fifth bedroom that can easily serve as an office. Large windows bring in natural light, and an ensuite bath and walk-in closet make it fully functional for guests when needed.

Upstairs, the layout opens again but in a different way. A crossway overlooks the main level and leads out to a terrace with views of the pool below. It’s a moment of connection between floors that keeps the home feeling cohesive.

The primary suite leans into comfort without losing the modern edge. Oversized windows let in soft light, while direct access to a private terrace creates a quiet escape. Inside, dual walk-in closets offer plenty of space without competing for attention, and the bathroom delivers exactly what you want: dual sinks, clean lines and a statement chandelier that adds just enough drama.

The additional bedrooms upstairs have their own access to outdoor spaces, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor connection throughout the home. A loft area completes the second level, offering a flexible space that can shift depending on how it’s used.

Outside is where everything comes together. The covered lounge area extends the living space, with room for both dining and casual seating. A summer kitchen sits just beyond, positioned so that whoever’s cooking is still part of the conversation. The pool features a beach-style entry, giving it a resort-like feel, while the saltwater spa – large enough for eight – becomes the natural gathering spot once the sun goes down.
