The DINE Fort Lauderdale Fusion Dinner brings together five powerhouse chefs for a collaborative culinary finale, each creating one signature course. The evening features a live and silent auction benefiting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, which supports youth education and culinary training, while celebrating the talent shaping our city’s dining scene.

Chef Odel Arencibia’s remarkable path from Cuba to leading elite kitchens shapes every plate. With fresh seafood, balanced acidity and disciplined technique, this course reflects resilience, mastery and heartfelt culinary purpose.
