In a city that tends to run on iced coffee and tight schedules, Porfa Coffee Bar offers a quiet shift in pace. Not in an obvious, overdesigned way but in the way you notice after a few minutes, when no one’s rushing you out the door and your coffee actually feels like something to sit with.
Founded by three sisters. Selena, Alexandra and Talia, Porfa carries a sense of intention that feels personal rather than polished. Their connection to Mallorca shows up not through heavy themes but through rhythm. It’s a place where coffee is part of a moment, not just something you grab on the way to the next thing.

The menu reflects that same balance. At first glance, it covers what you’d expect (espresso, tea, matcha, cold brew), but it doesn’t stay there for long. A Spanish latte sweetened with condensed milk lands somewhere between comfort and indulgence. The Nocilla latte leans into chocolate and hazelnut without feeling overly sweet. Then there are the drinks that catch your attention: saffron lattes with house-made syrup and salted honey, flan lattes with a smooth, caramel finish and a churro latte that edges into dessert territory without losing its footing as coffee.
Everything is made in-house, and it shows in the details. The guava and cheese pop tart is flaky and just nostalgic enough. Banana bread comes topped with a Nutella glaze, while cinnamon buns stay soft and classic. The orange olive oil loaf offers a quieter option that still feels thoughtful.
Porfa doesn’t try to be everything at once. You come for coffee, but the experience lingers a little longer, and somehow that feels like the whole point.
