This Middle River waterfront estate sparkles with light fixtures that belong in a five-star resort.

Before entering this home, you know what to expect behind the closed doors: modern elegance. The upscale residence includes five bedrooms, eight full baths and a half bath – all in 9,138 square feet of living space. You’ll notice designer touches throughout, such as wood paneling, leather wall coverings, walnut wood ceilings, marble and onyx.

In the massive living space, a tall marble wall showcases the TV and fireplace. Majestic chandeliers hang overhead in the lounging area. Parallel to the fireplace, you can glimpse the kitchen beyond three beautiful gold and white chandeliers.

The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen features small light fixtures above the oversized 20-foot island that gleam like a symphony of illumination in the middle of your entertainment space. Next, you’ll notice nature peeping through the floor-to-counter windows that balance the kitchen’s modernity. The kitchen is equipped with Subzero refrigerators, a freezer and wine coolers; built-in Miele coffeemakers; Wolf gas appliances; and a walk-through pantry.

An entertainment area wouldn’t be complete without a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling and temperature-controlled wine cellar decked out in gold and marble. You can select your wine in a lounge area with stylist chairs to sip and enjoy your choice while overlooking the breathtaking scenery of your outdoor space.

Beyond that, the dining area awaits. Glass sliding doors pull back to broaden the space with fresh air and more seating selections.

Just a few steps from the main living space is a commercial-quality marble bar complemented by black barstools and a TV. In front of the bar is another lounging area with direct views of the outdoors and waterway.

The office, located towards the front of the home, provides the perfect balance of greenery and dark, sophisticated flair. The award-winning luxury home builder Prestige achieved this with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in views of the trees, while adding glass doors, dark features and light fixtures worthy of an art museum.

After work, it’s time to work out. The commercial-grade gym features three large TV screens, walnut wood ceilings, dazzling light fixtures, glass doors and Echelon personal training technology.

When you’re ready to visit the second floor, the underlit staircase leads the way. Or you can opt for the elevator lift to save the extra steps.

The home’s master bedroom is one to remember. Circular light fixtures cover the whole ceiling and convey luxury living. The spacious walk-in closet includes built-in cabinetry and an island perfect for storage, including jewelry. The master bath has dual sinks, a separate floating tub, an oversized shower and seating areas – because why not enjoy the views from everywhere in the home?

Each bedroom resembles a resort-style suite with generous closet space, spectacular views and spa-like bathrooms. If that’s not enough, you lounge in a clubroom-like setting with a paneled wood wall where the TV hangs.

The Middle River residence’s outdoor area includes a pool overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway – the ultimate Fort Lauderdale experience. Spanning 13,084 square feet, this space provides plenty of room to entertain and relax. The pool features a beach entrance with lounge chairs in the water and a spa. Off to the side, you’ll notice the covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a wet bar, built-in barbecue and table with ample seating.

For first-class seats to all the action on the water, step down to your private, 19’ × 90′ turf-finished dock on a new seawall. With 90 feet of waterfront, you’ll have views for days.
