Thanksgiving Buffet at Serena Pastificio

Beginning at 11am through 8pm on Thanksgiving Day, Serena Pastificio invites diners to indulge in an Italian-inspired festive buffet menu of holiday classics, complete with roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, salmon and prime rib, oysters, shrimp cocktail, traditional sides and a variety of desserts.
Highlights include:
– Oysters on the half-shell
– Herb roasted turkey | cranberry compote
– Prime Rib | porcini veal jus, horseradish crème fraîche, pickled mustard seed relish
– Wild mushroom lasagna
– Rigatoni Bolognese | beef, pork and pancetta Bolognese sauce, parmesan
– Sides like fennel pistachio stuffing, parmesan mashed potatoes, truffle mac & cheese and brussels sprouts
– Pumpkin Cannolis
– Zeppole | Italian donut, lemon curd, powdered sugar
