The third dinner of the DINE Fort Lauderdale series was hosted at Lasso Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse. Those who attended enjoyed a five-course dinner in which each dish was paired with a top-notch wine curated by Ocean Wine and Spirits, who presented each pairing between courses. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a special cocktail by Papa’s Pilar Rum. The evening concluded with a raffle in which a portion of the proceeds benefited the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
