Broward County Water Matters Day Community Festival

Water Matters Day returns to Tree Tops Park in Davie for an in-person event on Saturday, March 9, 2024 with interactive educational displays and booths, a tree giveaway for Broward residents, food trucks, children’s activities and more. This year, our schedule of events will feature remarks from artist Xavier Cortada, as well as award ceremonies for Broward County’s Emerald Awards and the Broward County Public Schools’ WMD Student Contests.
We expect over 50 educational exhibits and booths helping residents and visitors learn about water conservation techniques, smart irrigation, native landscaping, and what role they play in protecting and conserving our water supplies.
