Gala New Year’s Eve on the Water at GG’s Waterfront

Welcome 2025 as magnificent yachts cruise by. Dance to a live band till 1 am and enjoy a champagne toast at midnight. New Year’s Eve Gala Package – includes:

Gala Dinner: To begin for the table – a Cheese & Charcuterie Selection starter; Crab Louie Salad – crab, lobster, bibb lettuce, asparagus, avocado, tomato, remoulade. Mains: choice of one – Mediterranean Bronzino blue crab, baby shrimp, orange fennel salad; Squid Ink Lobster Tagliatelle bay scallops, truffle cream, lemon; Grilled Filet Mignon with vegetable frites, mole sauce.  Dessert trio includes Olive Oil Cake | rosemary cream, candied cranberry Vanilla Cheesecake | blood orange gelée Chocolate Mousse Dome | caramel, cocoa nib, gold leaf.
