Puccini’s Legacy

$25 – $100Orchestra Miami presents Puccini’s Legacy, a Gala Concert commemorating the centennial of the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini’s death on November 24, 1924. This fabulous evening features stellar performances by 7 world-class opera singers and choir performing selections from some of Puccini’s most beloved operas, as well as some of the lesser heard masterworks. The 56 musicians of Orchestra Miami shine under the baton of Orchestra Miami’s Artistic Director Maestro Elaine Rinaldi.
Our highly acclaimed soloists include sopranos Elaine Alvarez, Maria Natale, Eglise Gutierrez and Cong Cong Wang, tenors Ben Gulley and Martin Nusspaumer, and baritone Joseph Lodato. The choir features our excellent local professional choristers alongside students from the New World School for the Arts,
The venue for this gala event is the magical Scottish Rite Temple, also celebrating its centennial. Join us for the concert or opt for a more elevated experience with a Premium Ticket, which includes a special prosecco reception at intermission.
Tickets range for $25-$75; Premium Tickets which includes a Prosecco Reception at intermission are $100 per person. Patrons may also pre-purchase their drink tickets (wine/prosecco/soft drinks) in advance via Eventbrite.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the building (enter from NW River Drive) and street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.
