The Dog Days Are Over

Fetch My Vet, 855.543.8838, fetchmyvet.com
All pet owners have been there before—you know your pet is sick and after trying everything possible to make them feel better, the dreaded veterinarian visit is the only option left. Thankfully, Fetch My Vet has come up with a solution. The at-home pet care service recently launched in Broward County and provides basic services like examinations, evaluations, vaccinations and medications. They also write travel certificates, provide microchipping, nail clipping, anal gland treatments and more. If you have more than one pet, they’re more than happy to treat them in one visit. Additionally, the website provides medical records, test results and more.

Booze Garden, 111-A SW Second Ave., 754.800.1441, boozegarden.com
Booze Garden was designed to create the illusion that guests are outdoors when – spoiler alert – they are in fact indoors. From the vines hanging above the bar to the faux shrubbery lining the walls, the space really feels as though you’ve stopped by your cool friend’s backyard patio for a drink. They’ve got games including Jenga, two arcade basketball hoops and a Pac-Man machine (all free).
