The Magician’s Margarita featuring Los Magos Sotol and Aperol will have a splash of fresh lime juice, pineapple juice and agave syrup and be garnished with grapefruit bitters.
First Course
House-made mozzarella caprese with marinated grilled plums and heirloom tomato will be topped with mint and basil. The dish will be paired with a 2022 sauvignon blanc from Tinpot Hut, New Zealand.
Second Course
A tuna tartare will be served with stracciatella cheese, pumpkin seed pesto, capers, roasted tomato and crisp lavash. The perfect complement is the 2022 Coda di Volpe DOP hailing from Il Poggio Sannio, Italy.
Third Course
Next is the spaghetti al limon accompanied by Florida rock shrimp and garnished with basil and parsley. It will be paired with a 2022 Sancerre from Les Herses Loire Valley, France.
Fourth Course
The pork chop Florentina will be perfectly paired with an Italian 2020 Rosso di Montalcino DOC from Cipresso.

Fifth Course
The legendary Timpano cheesecake topped with warm chocolate, caramel sauce and fresh berries will be enjoyed to its fullest with a moscato sparkling wine from Sol Fa Soul Mendoza, Argentina.
