Riviera by Fabio Viviani invites you to come together and give thanks with a delicious prix-fixe Thanksgiving Day menu sure to bring cheer this holiday season. Located in the Hotel Maren on Fort Lauderdale Beach, guests will be treated to spectacular ocean side views while spending time with loved ones.
Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani’s curated menu will include traditional holiday dishes with innovative twists. Cider Brined Roasted Turkey with Giblet Gravy will be accompanied by mouthwatering sides such as Italian sausage stuffing, green beans almondine, cranberry sauce, orange, and rosemary, and more.
End the meal on a sweet note with a special dessert, pumpkin stuffed momoboloni with whipped cream, cinnamon with vanilla sauce.
They’ll be offering a festive signature cocktail: Turkey Trot ($15) made up of premium rye, apple cider, ginger beer, bitters, fresh lemon and a splash of Prosecco Zero, alongside an elevated champagne and wine list.
The Thanksgiving Day menu will be available from 12pm to 11 pm.

Naked Crab at B Ocean Resort
On Thanksgiving Day, B Ocean Resort’s Naked Crab Seafood Kitchen & Cocktail Bar will host a lunch and dinner buffet serving traditional dishes with flavorful, upscale twists. As local piped music fills the restaurant, locals and guests alike can visit the Naked Crab’s Autumn Harvest Station, Pilgrim’s Station and Mayflower’s Sugar Table to enjoy an array of mouthwateringly delicious cuisine. Some of the options include quinoa tabbouleh, smoked maple rib eyes, applewood pancetta and chestnut stuffing.
B Ocean’s Thanksgiving Day buffet will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Adults can enjoy this dining experience for $65 and children for $30.
