The new place offers two new menu items: organic cold brew coffee and tofu. While the fast-casual, create-your-own-bowls restaurant continues to add to its menu, three characteristics will never change about the ingredients – hormone-free, gluten-free and antibiotic-free.

The dishes are prepared in just a few minutes, but if you have even less time to wait, they also offer 500-calorie “Prepared Meals To-Go.”
