The home includes four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a three-car garage, elevator, media room, outdoor pool and an Asian-inspired courtyard. Each bedroom features its own bath, closet and terrace while each bath embodies its own design theme.
Entering the home, it feels like you’ve stepped into a beautifully curated pop art gallery featuring show-stopping pieces. The Asian courtyard located directly across from the entrance sets the peaceful tone floating throughout.
On the first floor, you’ll find a guest bedroom with direct access to the pool and cabana bath. Also offering access to the pool, the media room is decorated with black and white oversized photographs of film legends such as Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire.
To guarantee the best views of the ocean, the second floor houses the main living area, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces and three bedrooms, each with terraces and windows.
The outdoor dining area is directly across from the indoor area and separated by a floor-to-ceiling glass window and doors. It seats eight and is great for entertaining. The large kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and a Shoji door to allow privacy between guests and cooks or caterers.
