Elevating Luxury

With its first residential project, the iconic Viceroy brand is reshaping Flagler Village into a luxurious, hospitality-driven haven.

Fort Lauderdale’s skyline is evolving rapidly, and leading the transformation is Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale — a towering statement of sophisticated luxury. Partnering with the acclaimed Naftali Group, Viceroy brings its globally recognized hospitality expertise to Flagler Village, marking the brand’s inaugural residential development and raising the bar for upscale living in the city.

“Bringing the Viceroy brand to Fort Lauderdale was a natural decision,” explains Miki Naftali, CEO of Naftali Group. “Flagler Village is undergoing an incredible evolution, quickly becoming one of South Florida’s premier luxury residential destinations. We saw an undeniable demand for a residential offering that delivers world-class design and service, and Viceroy perfectly aligns with our vision.”

The 45-story tower, masterfully designed in collaboration with architectural powerhouses Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, showcases a sleek and contemporary look uniquely tailored to the South Florida lifestyle. Every residence is crafted with generously sized terraces that extend living spaces outdoors, promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle — a defining characteristic of Fort Lauderdale living. High-end finishes such as Italian cabinetry and luxurious Calacatta Miraggio Gold quartz countertops elevate everyday living, ensuring every corner reflects elegance and attention to detail.

Yet it’s the project’s exceptional amenities that redefine what luxury living can be. “Our aim was to create experiences that transform everyday life into something extraordinary,” says Naftali. At the wellness center, residents enjoy private treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms and a rejuvenating juice bar. Fitness enthusiasts benefit from a comprehensive suite of offerings, including a yoga and meditation studio, boxing and martial arts facilities and personalized concierge services for private training sessions.

For balancing work and leisure, the residences boast an indoor-outdoor co-working lounge with private workrooms, conference spaces and an inviting terrazzo amphitheater set within a central garden atrium. Social spaces like the sound bar and game room and meticulously curated events further foster community and enrich residents’ daily lives.

Central to the luxury experience are the development’s two resort-style pools, each offering a distinct atmosphere. The private owners’ pool provides an exclusive sanctuary for relaxation, elevated above the city for privacy and tranquility. In contrast, the 72-foot lounge pool offers stunning views of the skyline and waterways, perfect for socializing and entertaining guests. Complemented by alfresco grilling stations and outdoor dining pavilions, these amenities create an environment that fully embraces a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle.

Beyond the tower’s walls, the lively neighborhood of Flagler Village offers lifestyle appeal. Known as a cultural hub of galleries, trendy restaurants and boutique shops, it blends coastal charm with urban conveniences.

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale is positioned as a timeless investment. “We prioritize enduring elegance and lasting craftsmanship over fleeting trends,” Naftali notes.

Perhaps most captivating is an unexpected and beloved feature — the exclusive Viceroy beach club. Residents enjoy beach outings with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks arranged by dedicated concierge staff, exemplifying hotel-style service at its best.

“This is more than just a residence,” concludes Naftali. “It’s a lifestyle choice — a timeless investment in unmatched luxury and seamless living, perfectly positioned within one of South Florida’s most dynamic and appealing neighborhoods.”
