In this Fort Lauderdale Beach home, you can indulge in what the city life has to offer or get a good dose of vitamin sea.

Located right on North Ocean Boulevard, this home is walking distance to popular hotspots like Dune at the Auberge Residences – not to mention the beach. The brand-new 4,515-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and five and a half baths.

Walking into the open space concept, a few features immediately jump at you. First are the dramatic 20-foot ceilings with windows that give you views of the outdoor pool area. Second is the chef-style kitchen that ties together the coastal farmhouse design theme of the home.

Each bedroom features an en-suite bath and walk-in closet with custom cabinetry. However, the master suite is where the impressive features really are. With an outdoor terrace just on the other side of floor-to-ceiling glass doors, you have views of the ocean and the city all at once. Step into the master bath where you’re met with the oversized wet area that includes a tub and shower enclosed by glass farm doors. The master closet, with custom cabinetry, also includes a small window that leads to your laundry room.

Luxuries also exist in subtle ways throughout the home. Perhaps you’ll notice the porcelain wood-like tile in various areas, but you can’t miss the more than a dozen different tiles that add a colorful spin while maintaining taste all the way through. The outdoor pool patio features a saltwater pool, covered sitting area, shower and a built-in grill.

Titn Development has successfully brought this beauty to life. Titn founders Kyle Sorel, Michael Govern and Jordan Cohen are all native South Floridians – in fact, they went to high school together. So maybe it stands to reason that their company would create such a quintessentially Floridian home.
