Garden Party

At Emily’s Garden, brunch turns into dinner, and wine flows under the stars.

Just off Las Olas, Emily’s Garden feels like the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself. A 1920s estate framed by palms, greenery and just enough shade to make you forget the time, it’s less restaurant, more escape.

By day, the garden leans bright and easy. Coffee in hand, sunlight filtering through the trees and a menu that pulls from local favorites like On The Run Coffee Bar and River Café. It’s the kind of morning that turns into lunch with little effort: fresh, relaxed and just indulgent enough.

Then the shift happens. The outdoor Piaggio Ape oven comes alive, turning out Roman-style pizzas, while charcuterie boards, steak and seafood start making their way across tables. It’s still casual, just a little more intentional.

And the setting does most of the work. Twinkling lights overhead. Music drifting in from a DJ set. Glasses clinking somewhere nearby. It feels social without being loud, lively without trying too hard.

There’s always something happening, too: weekend brunches, happy hours that stretch longer than planned, wine club nights, even yoga and open-air markets that draw in the community.

Emily’s Garden doesn’t rush you. You come for a meal and end up staying for the atmosphere, the second glass, the conversation you weren’t planning on having.

On Las Olas, where everything moves fast, this is the rare spot that lets you slow down and actually enjoy it
