Sitting in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Las Olas Isles, this home at 440 Mola Isle offers modern Florida living.

Architect Richard Cusmano surpassed expectations when he designed a property of not only luxury, but also one that would truly make the most of its waterfront location. Built last year, the 8,800-square-foot residence captures the essence of the Fort Lauderdale lifestyle with 75 feet of waterfront space that can be seen from almost every room.

The lavish home features four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, three levels of living space, a three-car garage, floor-to-ceiling hurricane glass windows, multiple decks and terraces, a media room, pool and pool lounge with cabana bath.

The estate also offers private, deep-water dockage on a wide canal. A true advantage of this is direct, bridge-free access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Port Everglades. The property’s dock accommodates a vessel of up to 65 feet.

Aside from the exquisite views, the kitchen takes the center stage here. It includes cabinets by German brand Poggenpohl and durable quartz countertops. Appliances include two ovens, a microwave, espresso machine, steamer and induction cooktop by Miele.

Throughout the house, lighting is provided by the Lutron lighting system of G10 LED lights while voice-activated smart-home Alexa operates them as well as the air conditioning, blinds, music and televisions.

The rest offers amenities designed to turn this house into a home. The first and second floors feature wet bars that contain ice makers and wine coolers, a private dining balcony, morning bar and elevator. All secondary rooms are equipped with baths and walk-in closets.
