Over the Rainbow

  • October 5, 2020

Photography: Magic Playhouse.
Magic Playhouse owner Alexandra Ventura has come up with a number of fun, sensory‑based projects for young children. Here’s one that you can do with not too many supplies – a cotton-ball rainbow.
You need:
  • Card stock or cardboard
  • Large cotton balls
  • Eye/ear/medicine droppers
  • Food coloring
  • Glue
Method:

Brush or squeeze glue onto card stock or cardboard. Start sticking cotton balls in a rainbow shape. When you’re done, take the droppers and, using the different food colorings, make the cotton all the colors of the rainbow.
