This Auberge Beach Residences’ two-story penthouse takes coastal living to the next level.

When the private elevator doors slide open on the 17th floor of Auberge Beach Residences, you step into a space designed to completely redefine luxury living. This two-story penthouse, with nearly 6,000 square feet of interior space and expansive wraparound balconies, offers five bedrooms, six full baths, three half baths and panoramic ocean and city views from every angle. The Atlantic Ocean stretches endlessly from the windows and 3,546-square-foot wraparound balcony, making you feel you’re floating high above the water.

The residence’s main living area features rich rosewood cabinetry and dramatic backlit onyx details, blending sophistication with warmth. An early 1900s mahogany piano serves as an artistic focal point in the spacious sitting room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto views extending from the beach to the Intracoastal Waterway.

The kitchen, crafted by Italian luxury cabinetry brand Italkraft, is a model of style and functionality. Equipped with Wolf appliances, twin wine coolers and clever hidden storage solutions, the space effortlessly accommodates grand entertaining or intimate family meals. The adjacent breakfast room captures spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic, making every morning a memorable event.

Dining is elevated — literally — in the penthouse’s formal dining room, illuminated by dual chandeliers that double as contemporary art installations. Wall-to-wall windows frame the ocean, providing an unparalleled backdrop for dinners with friends and family.

Art and design play starring roles throughout the residence, with a hallway that mimics a high-end gallery. Mirrored ceilings enhance the effect, emphasizing the curated art that adorns the walls. At the end of this striking passageway lies a distinctive rotunda with a skylight that magically transitions from day to night, marking the entrance to the private quarters.

Each of the four guest bedrooms is a spacious, private retreat, complete with an en-suite bath and a balcony that invites the sea breeze inside. A particularly clever guest suite facing the Intracoastal houses a TV hidden discreetly beneath the bed, preserving uninterrupted views of the city skyline.

The primary suite is an experience all its own. Dual bathrooms offer personalized luxuries. Her bathroom features carved frosted glass with intricate silver appliqués, Swarovski crystal chandeliers, a floating tub and a granite-clad double-entry shower. His bathroom boasts marble detailing and an integrated TV within the vanity mirror. An adjoining walk-in closet, powder room, laundry and office space create a wing designed for ultimate privacy and convenience.

On the 18th floor lies a dedicated sky lounge, accessible only to the penthouse owner. This rooftop oasis includes a kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor dining area and an inviting hot tub overlooking the ocean, delivering a cruise-ship-like experience. Custom seashell flooring stays cool underfoot even in the warmest Florida sun, making it perfect for barefoot lounging from dawn until dusk.

The penthouse also comes with an exclusive indoor poolside cabana located on the ground floor with cathedral ceilings and direct beach access, a full bath and a kitchenette, adding another layer of comfort and convenience in this 500 square feet of private space.

At Auberge Beach Residences, luxury is woven into every detail, from 24/7 private concierge service and beachside attendants to world-class amenities, including the EVARA Beach Spa and a new restaurant opening this fall. This penthouse isn’t simply a place to live; it’s a space designed to elevate everyday life into an extraordinary experience.
