The only rooftop bar and lounge in Fort Lauderdale Beach has landed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

Towering 26 floors above ground, Nubé Rooftop invites you to mingle and sip your favorite cocktails while enjoying the best views on the beach. The 3-month-old bar, lounge and restaurant at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort offers locals and tourists something new on the oceanfront.

Spanning 4,500 square feet, Nubé features outdoor, indoor and bar seating: the spacious “lounge-aurant” (an elevated, nontraditional lounge experience), the intimate Lunar Bar, the Sky Terrace with fire pit and the Solstice Bar, the heart of the setting. There’s also the selfie-inspiring wraparound balcony where you sit seaside among lush foliage with a backdrop of incredible views.

“The vision to create a rooftop concept at our property started when the hotel was under construction,” said Andreas Ioannou, CEO of Orchestra Hotels + Resorts, representing the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach ownership group. “Seeing this vision materialize one step at a time and the brilliant design is truly remarkable. Offering this unique amenity overlooking the Atlantic Ocean will enhance Fort Lauderdale overall.”

Nubé Rooftop is the latest concept from the people who brought us Rooftop @1WLO, S3 and Boatyard. This is The Restaurant People’s fourth consecutive rooftop venture, following Rosa Sky and Giselle in Miami. “We cannot wait to share our latest rooftop concept with unbelievable ocean views and the hospitality that TRP is known for, all with an exciting Nubé twist,” said Tim Petrillo, CEO and cofounder of The Restaurant People.

The visual concept came to life with the help of Tristan du Plessis of the internationally recognized interior architectural firm Tristan du Plessis Studio. “It was incredible to work with TRP again on another unique and impressive concept,” the Johannesburg-based designer said. “Taking inspiration from the expansive views and vibe [of] this well-situated rooftop, we aimed to create a space that would be a cool, comfortable and interesting perch above the city and beaches. We added layers of cohesive materials and a few elements of art and surprise that all add to the personality of Nubé,” du Plessis shared. “From the handmade emerald and white floor tiles to the giant hand sculpture and the massive volume inside, we aimed to create a unique space to discover and delight in.”

Sipping in the clouds wouldn’t be complete without the right cocktails. Try the Nubé, consisting of cucumber jalapeno-infused blanco tequila, orange, watermelon, lemon, lime, agave and sea salt air foam; or the Deuces, a shareable cocktail made with vodka strawberry lemongrass, elderflower, prosecco, curacao and lemon, served in a mini replica of Nubé’s iconic peace sign statue. A must-try item on the food menu is Caviar on the Cloud, featuring house-curated imperial caviar, airy manchego foam and potato gaufrette chips.

With plenty of choices from food to drinks to lounge areas, you’ll feel like you’re on Cloud 9 at this sky-high oceanside bar.
