The conclusion of the DINE Fort Lauderdale wine-pairing dinner series culminated in a Fusion Dinner hosted at The Grateful Palate Catering and Events. The event featured chefs for all restaurants partners – Shooters Waterfront, The Grateful Palate, Arc Culinary, Farm to Fork Meals and The Capital Grille – who produced a course each exclusively for this event. Each dinner was paired with a wine by King Estate Winery and to kick-off the event Lillet apertifs were distributed to guests. In addition, a silent auction was held to benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
